Delivery

All mainland UK deliveries will be made via Royal Mail Service, we charge a standard shipping cost of £3.50 per order.

We currently do not ship outside of the UK

Each item is made to order but usually dispatched within 7-10 working days except at really busy times.

Returns

​

All products are handmade by me, I try to be as consistent as possible, however cutting out and sewing by hand will mean there are slight variations in size and colour but these will only be minimal, and of course add to the wonderful handmade charm of the product.


All products are hand made to order, so please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be sewn and posted out to you. This may vary at peak seasonal periods such as Christmas.
If you need your order sooner, please do get in touch and I will try my best to help .


As all Lotta's house products are made to order I do not accept returns. This does not affect your statuary rights.
Please double check all personalisation when ordering as once the product is made there are no amendments and it is then the customers responsibility to pay for replacements.
  If there is a fault or if I have made a mistake with the personalised details, I will offer a replacement or refund, when the item has been returned or proof provided.
